Your Home, Your Sanctuary

At Tribe, we believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and valued in their own home. Your home should be your sanctuary, a place where you can relax, feel empowered, and take pride in who you are. That's why our in-home support and personal care services are built around more than just routine tasks; they're about connection, respect, and celebrating the individuality of every participant we support.

What Does It Mean to Have In-Home Support with the NDIS?

When you receive in-home support through the NDIS, you’re gaining access to personalised care delivered in the place where you feel most comfortable, your own home. Here’s how we can support you at home.

Meal Preparation
Assistance with grocery shopping, meal planning, cooking, and ensuring your dietary needs are met. We also assist with medication management.

Domestic Assistance
Help with household chores including cleaning, laundry, tidying, and keeping your home environment safe and comfortable.

Supervision and Skills Development
Support in learning practical life skills like budgeting, using technology, preparing meals, or participating confidently in social settings.

Here for You, Every Step of the Day

At Tribe, we know everyone’s needs are unique. Whether it’s a bit of help each day or more hands-on care, we’re here with support that’s warm, respectful, and tailored to you. Get in touch to see how we can help, or check out our FAQs below.

  • If your disability makes it difficult to manage everyday household tasks, the NDIS may fund support such as cleaning, laundry, and general home maintenance. This type of assistance, known as domestic support, can be included in your NDIS plan to help you maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.

  • Tribe Support can assist you at home with things like cleaning, cooking, laundry, showering, dressing, and using the toilet. You might also get support to build your skills, see a therapist, give your carer a break, or use equipment and transport. If you have high support needs, you may be able to get 24/7 help through our Supported Independent Living options. All support is based on your personal goals and needs.

  • Tribe provides a range of personal care services including help with daily hygiene tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care; toileting and continence support; mobility assistance for moving, transferring, and positioning; help with eating and drinking; bowel and bladder management; and menstrual care to support hygiene and comfort during menstruation.
