Routine servicing, tyres, brakes, and mechanical wear attributable to work use.Insurance – 10% ($0.10/km)
Proportion of comprehensive insurance and compulsory third-party cover related to business use while providing NDIS supports.Registration & Compliance – 5% ($0.05/km)
Vehicle registration, licensing, and compliance costs required to legally operate the vehicle.Administration & Incidentals – 5% ($0.05/km)
Parking, tolls, cleaning, record-keeping, and incidental travel expenses.Risk & Availability Allowance – 10% ($0.10/km)
Reflects increased risk, vehicle availability for participant use, and non-recoverable costs associated with disability support work.

One-off Establishment Fee for Personal Care/Participation - $702.30
The NDIS Establishment Fee is a one-time charge that covers the initial setup when you start support with Tribe. It helps pay for administration and planning to get your services started. This fee can only be claimed if Tribe provides at least 20 hours of support per month.
Additional Expenses - Expenses such as entry fees, event tickets, or participant meals during support are the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the costs of the support.
We will charge the current price for each support item according to the current NDIS pricing arrangement at the time of your Service Agreement. This may include provider travel, cancellations, establishment fees, and reports where applicable. You can download the current NDIS price arrangement here.
Eligibility
It is a priority for us at Tribe that our participants and their families are comfortable working with our team. To ensure our services meet your requirements, we first meet with any prospective individuals prior to signing any service agreements. Tribe Disability Supports reserves the right to accept or decline any application to enter into an agreement, our specialized and experienced team will work closely with the carer and other service providers to ensure we meet the needs of the individual.
