All services are delivered in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Minimum Shift Duration
To support consistent, high-quality service delivery, most shifts are scheduled for a minimum of 2 hours. All supports are tailored to individual needs and will be agreed upon as part of your service agreement.
Transport
Transport is charged at $1.00 per kilometre, in line with NDIS guidelines.
This covers the cost of travel required to deliver your support.
Indicative Cost Allocation
Fuel – 25% ($0.25/km)
Direct fuel costs incurred while delivering NDIS supports.Vehicle Depreciation – 30% ($0.30/km)
Wear and loss of vehicle value due to increased kilometres driven for NDIS service delivery.Maintenance & Repairs – 15% ($0.15/km)
Routine servicing, tyres, brakes, and mechanical wear attributable to work use.Insurance – 10% ($0.10/km)
Proportion of comprehensive insurance and compulsory third-party cover related to business use while providing NDIS supports.Registration & Compliance – 5% ($0.05/km)
Vehicle registration, licensing, and compliance costs required to legally operate the vehicle.Administration & Incidentals – 5% ($0.05/km)
Parking, tolls, cleaning, record-keeping, and incidental travel expenses.Risk & Availability Allowance – 10% ($0.10/km)
Reflects increased risk, vehicle availability for participant use, and non-recoverable costs associated with disability support work.
Total: 100% = $1.00 per kilometre
One-off Establishment Fee for Personal Care/Participation
A one-off establishment fee may be applicable for participants who meet NDIS criteria for ongoing supports. This will only be applied where relevant and will be outlined within your service agreement.
Additional Expenses - Any activity-related costs (e.g. entry fees, meals, tickets) are not included in support rates and are the responsibility of the participant.
We will charge the current price for each support item according to the current NDIS pricing arrangement at the time of your Service Agreement. This may include provider travel, cancellations, establishment fees, and reports where applicable. You can download the current NDIS price arrangement here.
Eligibility
It is a priority for us at Tribe that our participants and their families are comfortable working with our team. To ensure our services meet your requirements, we first meet with any prospective individuals prior to signing any service agreements. Tribe Disability Supports reserves the right to accept or decline any application to enter into an agreement, our specialized and experienced team will work closely with the carer and other service providers to ensure we meet the needs of the individual.
