Meet Your Tribe Management Team

At Tribe, we want staff to feel comfortable reaching out when they need support. Whether it's a roster question, participant concern, incident, or simply needing some guidance, here's a quick guide to who does what and who to contact.

First Things First

Who Should I Contact?

For most day-to-day matters, your first point of contact should be the Tribe office.

  • Direct: 0466 222 033

  • Phone: (02) 9060 0232

  • Email: info@tribesupport.com.au

Phone calls and messages are monitored during business hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm. After-hours calls are available for emergencies or urgent rostering changes only. Emails and text messages received outside business hours will be responded to on the next business day.

Please contact the office if you:

  • Are running late to a shift

  • Need to call in sick

  • Need to update your availability

  • Have a roster enquiry

  • Need urgent support regarding a participant

  • Are unsure who to contact

Who to Contact

Our management team monitors the office phone and will ensure your enquiry reaches the right person quickly. As a flexible workforce, our senior team members work across both office and client support roles, with each person responsible for a specific area of expertise.
